On February 2, 1876 Robert S. HOBKIRK and Louisa J. CAMPBELL were recorded as being married in Osage, Mithcell County, Iowa.
In 1880, Robert was farming on his own in Rock Township. His brother Wallace was living with him.

Zadie May HOBKIRK, born 2 February 1888 in Rock Township,
Mitchell County, Iowa.
Zadie died 30 October 1911 at Fairbault,
Rice County, Minnesota and is buried at
Woodbury Cemetery, Lyle, Mower County,
Minnesota. Zadie never married.
