HABKIRK 1834 Bible Summary

Below is a summary of the genealogically important pages of the HABKIRK Family Bible purchased by George HABKIRK and his wife Margaret SPOTSWOOD, aroud 1834, about 4 years after their arrival in the USA.

The bible was produced in 1834 by H & E Phinney of Cooperstown, New York.
Our thanks goes to the descendants of George and Margaret for preserving this family treasure and to the Ivan Dilzon HABKIRK family and his son Ken HABKIRK of Lake Tahoe and their cousin Bill HABKIRK for allowing us to share this information with all interested family members.

HABKIRK Deaths, 1883 & 1910 (Died, Elisabeth Habkirk, Died December 18th 1883 in her Fortieth Year of age at Mount Morris, Genesee County, Michigan.    Mr. William Habkirk died Jan. 25. 1910 at the home of his daughter Mrs  H L. SPARKS, Pine Run, Genesee County, Michigan and was buried at Mt. Morris Friday 28.)
